We want you to love your game day gear. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, which is well beyond standard statutory requirements.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
⚠️ Custom & Personalized Items: Any jerseys or apparel featuring custom names, custom numbers, or special personalized lettering are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
4. Return Shipping & Shipping Insurance
- Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (seller error).
- Return & Exchange Protection (Shipping Insurance): If you opted-in for our 3% order-value insurance at checkout, return shipping fees are 100% waived for non-seller fault returns.
5. How to Initiate a Return
