Game day, and the rest of the week

Kids pass Colorado Buffaloes jerseys around a household more than almost any other item of clothing. One goes from child to child, from one game day to the next and from one season to the following one. Buying the version that holds up is cheaper than replacing it in the long run.

How it is made

This Colorado Buffaloes jersey was made for people who do not want a raised design against their chest. The finish is flat, the surface is level, and the whole thing stays light enough to forget about. It is a deliberate choice, not a shortcut, and the difference is obvious the first time it is worn.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Colorado Buffaloes jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Is the design on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey printed or printed?

The Colorado Buffaloes graphics are pressed flat onto the fabric, which keeps the surface smooth and the jersey light in the hand. The color reads evenly across the numerals and letters, and the clean finish layers comfortably under a jacket or hoodie.

• Will the Black fade on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey in the wash?

Wash it cold, inside out, and hang it to dry: the Black on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey holds evenly through weekly laundry. Keep the iron off the pressed graphics and skip high dryer heat, and no other special care is needed.

• How does the Black Colorado Buffaloes jersey fit compared with a T-shirt?

This Colorado Buffaloes jersey is cut a little closer than a casual T-shirt through the chest and shoulders, in the youth size range, while the Black body leaves room to layer. Most buyers take their usual size; a looser game-day drape means one size up.

• Whose name is on the back of this Colorado Buffaloes jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Colorado Buffaloes jersey stays plain in the Black colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
