Game day, and the rest of the week

There are two kinds of Maryland Terrapins season, and a men's jersey is built for both: the ones that go well and the ones that build character. It gets worn in November the same way it gets worn in September, on the good game days and the bad ones alike. Loyalty is easier to wear than to explain.

How it is made

Where the design meets the fabric on this Maryland Terrapins jersey, the two sit level with each other rather than one on top of the other. Run a hand across the chest and there is no ridge to find. The garment keeps a single, unbroken line from shoulder to hem.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Maryland Terrapins jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Maryland Terrapins jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Maryland Terrapins jersey are heat-pressed onto the Red fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• How should I wash this Maryland Terrapins Football jersey?

Machine wash this Maryland Terrapins jersey cold and inside out, then hang it to dry, and the Red stays even through weekly laundry. Avoid ironing directly over the pressed graphics and skip the high-heat dryer. Treated that way, the surface stays smooth wash after wash.

• Does this Maryland Terrapins jersey fit true to size?

The Maryland Terrapins men's cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up. The shoulders sit close and the hem falls at hip level.

• Whose name is on the back of this Maryland Terrapins jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Maryland Terrapins jersey stays plain in the Red colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
