Game day, and the rest of the week

Once a kid has picked Indiana Hoosiers as theirs, the jersey is the first piece that turns that choice into something visible. It gives them something to put on for the game and something to talk about on the days either side. That matters more than the garment itself.

How it is made

Everything on this Indiana Hoosiers jersey sits flat against the weave, which keeps the surface smooth and the piece light in the hand, with nothing standing proud of the fabric. It wears close to the body and folds down small. That flat finish is exactly what some people prefer.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Indiana Hoosiers jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Is the design on this Indiana Hoosiers jersey printed or printed?

The Indiana Hoosiers graphics are pressed flat onto the fabric, which keeps the surface smooth and the jersey light in the hand. The color reads evenly across the numerals and letters, and the clean finish layers comfortably under a jacket or hoodie.

• Can this Indiana Hoosiers Football jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this Indiana Hoosiers jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the Scarlet finish that asks for care.

• Does this Indiana Hoosiers jersey fit true to size?

The Indiana Hoosiers youth cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up. The shoulders sit close and the hem falls at hip level.

• Does this Indiana Hoosiers jersey come with a player name on the back?

This Indiana Hoosiers jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the Scarlet finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
