Game day, and the rest of the week

On game day this jersey does the obvious job. The rest of the week it quietly does another one - jeans, joggers, shorts, it sits fine over all of them. That dual purpose is why most Texas Longhorns fans end up owning more than one.

How it is made

The Texas Longhorns detailing here is stitched in twill rather than printed, so the numbers and lettering have real texture and a premium, on-field look. It adds a little weight, and with it a feel that holds up for years.

Washing and everyday wear

Cold gentle wash, inside out, then air dry. The stitched graphics are tough, but keeping them away from high heat and direct ironing keeps the edges crisp season after season.

Questions buyers ask

• Do the graphics on this Texas Longhorns jersey feel raised?

The numbers and lettering are sewn on, so you can feel the texture. That stitched construction is what gives this white jersey its on-field look and long-term durability.

• How should I wash this Texas Longhorns Football jersey?

Cold wash, inside out, air dry - that is the whole routine. The graphics are part of the fabric, so treated normally the jersey keeps its look season after season.

• Does this Texas Longhorns jersey fit true to size?

The preschool cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up.

• Does this Texas Longhorns jersey come with a player name on the back?

No - the back stays clean with no player name or number. It is a team-first design, so it never goes out of date when rosters move around.
